Goji Rokkaku: Receive a "Jet" ranking at Rokkaku-Dai Heights.
Immortals: Receive a "Jet" ranking in Skyscraper District and Pharaoh Park.
Jazz: Travel to the future site of Rokkaku Expo Stadium. Beat Jazz at City Rush
Love Shockers: Receive a "Jet" ranking at Hikage Street.
Noise Tank: Receive a "Jet" ranking at Highway Zero.
NT-3000: Receive a "Jet" ranking at Sky-Dinosaurium Square.
Poison Jam: Receive a "Jet" rank in a test run at the Tokyo Underground Sewage Facility and at the very bottom of Sewage Facility.
Potts: Receive a "Jet" rank at Kibogaoka Hill.
Rapid 99: Receive a "Jet" rank at 99th Street.
Rhyth: Climb to the of the Poison Jam warehouse in Rokkaku-dai Heights to spot her the first time. Follow her and you'll have to find her twice more in the game to get her.
RoBoy: Receive a "Jet" rank at Chou Street.
Soda: Beat Soda in City Rush at Highway Zero.
Suga: Pick up 32 spray cans at Chuo Street, after that leap off of the dinosaur. Suga will be found near the bottom of the stairs.
Zero Beat: Receive a "Jet" rank in a test run at Shibuya Terminal.
