The following must be done at the code screen.
Invincible
Press X(3), R, A, L(2), Y.
God Mode
Press Y, A, B, X, B, A(2), L.
Play Any Level
Press Y, White, Black, L, A, R(2), Y. Then choose "Abandon Mission", then "Extras", then "Replay Mission". Select a saved game and you should be able to play any level even the bonus missions. When you finish a level, you'll have to select a new level yourself to progress.
Fill Health Bar
Press X, R, A, Y, Black, B, A, R.
Infinite Ammo
Press A, L(2), Black, B, White, L(2).
Fill Ammo
Press Black, B, A, R(2), A, L, Black (This has to be done during gameplay.)
View Any Movie
Press A, Y, A, Y, Black, R, A, Y.
Big Heads
Press L, Black, B, White(2), B, Black, L.
Big Hands
Press R, White, X, L, White, R(2), Y.
Big Boots
Press R, White, Y, A, L, B, White, X.
Topsy Turvy
Press Y, A, B(2), A, B, White(2). You'll be allowed to use the Topsy Turvy bomb anytime.
