According to a recent Bungie announcement, there have been over 4 billion Halo 2 contests played online, which proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that gamers just adore the Xbox shooter. The game's been out for two years now, and mathematically, that works out to an average of about 5.5 million games played every day. That's a mind-boggling statistic.
