In order to see the different endings, you have to make different decisions in 72 Hour Mode. A = Best Ending. F = Worst.
Unlock Ending A by solving all the cases, talking to Isabella
at 10A.M., and make your way back to the heliport at 12PM on the
22nd
Unlock Ending B by not solving all of the cases and make it to
the heliport on time
Unlock Ending C by solving all of the cases but NOT talking to
Isabella at 10A.M. on the final day.
Unlock Ending D by being a captive prisoner of the Special Forces
at 12PM on the 22nd.
Unlock Ending E by not arriving at the helliport and not solving
all of the cases.
Unlock Ending F by not collecting all of the Carlitos bombs in
Act 7-2.
